Systems Administrator
Recommend, install, configure, document, and maintain performance and security of hardware and software systems. Assist users in making optimal use of system components and in troubleshooting reported problems. Uses tools to prioritize, track, and resolve reported system and user problems. Supervise and manage daily activities of configuration maintenance and operation of computer systems and networks. Optimize operation and resource usage and perform system capacity analysis and planning. Develop and update system configuration documentation. Interface with software and hardware vendors for system upgrades and updates. Devise, implement, and assist users with IT security procedures. Apply ISO-20000 and ITIL practices to improve IT infrastructure support.
